Might not have been referring to what it should have been referring to of course, but ok I'll guess you saw it in an alley off Broadway in northern Philadelphia (and exactly what were YOU doing there...). But since you were there, it illustrates our influence and impact on common street life in the typical inner city.

Correct. But you must be more specific to win the prize.
It is in an alleyway, that's correct. But not in Philly. Or Pennsylvania for that matter. Although, as you said, we obviously have a following in the street art world.
