I use Flight Explorer Pilot Edition. 15.95/month. You can overlay just about anything (wx, tracon/center boundaries, sun, cities, vors/adfs/, airways etc.

It would email me wx/flitplan info when I was tracking a flight. My airplane, or a commercial flight a loved one was on.

See all those jets skirting the edge of the storm? Those are Southwest flights.

/31 was the day of the month. It's just a iphoto of my Flight Explorer screen while keeping tabs on these flights that I had rerouted around the wx.. FE sat photos are HORRIBLE clarity. ATC lines'em up right through the wx sometimes or so it appears.
