Default 787 wing leading edge on train? Or windmill?

Saw this on Elliott Bay in Seattle. Normally 737 fuselages come through here going north, but this seemed odd.

Wind turbine blade... There's a finishing facility up the road from me and we see these driving down the road regularly.

Ive been told the A1 Skyraider and the B36 both had 18 foot diameter propellers. Not sure if thats true or not tho.

I'm guessing the V-22 Osprey. If that can be considered a prop and not a rotor blade.
