Thanks. Just my trusty D60 and the 55-200VR kit lens. If the planets are aligned just right, you can get some pleasing results from the Nikon kit lenses.

very nice shots! i've shot with a D60 and the kit lens but can't say i've gotten quite that kind of clarity. do you know what white balance setting you were using for those?

On this particular day, WB was set to auto. Auto usually gets pretty close. There is a local park with a large pond that has lots of ducks and geese that just paddle about.
