Great! Thanks for sharing. The 757 has always been my favorite airliner. Good looking airplane and has some serious muscle.

Hopefully these things will still be flying in the next 7-10 years so I can drive on myself.

Are there any plans to upgrade the avionics on 757s with pax carriers the way the 767s and 747s have been upgraded? Isn't FedEx planning on/currently upgrading their 757 cockpits?

Awesome!

I loved working the 757, especially with the Scandinavian Belly Loading system AKA "The magic carpet".

From a purely pilot's standpoint and of course my opinion only. I will take a 75 over any other Boeing and without saying 'bus. The best of all worlds. And that includes my current 777 with ALL the gadgets.

I have flown 610 at DAL. I remember getting called out over the radio from ground when they told some other plane to follow "pink delta" to the runway. I looked at the capt (who had done the pre-flight) what the hell is a pink delta and he just started laughing at me.
