Okay then...eastern Washington somewhere? Wenatchee perhaps?

Also, since I'm bored at work, hope you dont mind, but I took the liberty of sprucing the picture up real quick. (its a sloooow day at work..... though in hindsight, I didn't do a very good job on this one...).

Does WY have mountains that tall? (background of photo).

I could be completely wrong, but I thought Casper Mountain in Casper WY was their tallest 'mountain'.....though its really more of a really big hill.

Correct side of the continental divide, but still not in the right state.

Good catch on the mountains in the background, especially with the photo fixed. I hoped that that small mountain range to the east, the interstate at the bottom of the photo, the small river in the center and the highway heading into town from right to center would be enough to let someone dial in.

You can get Moose Drool in this town, but it isn't made there. A couple of Army Captains strolled through the area back in the early 1800s because there were a few obsticles in the river.

I have no idea regarding the city currently being discussed. But I thought I would add one of my own. This is a famous, well known city, but this pic is only a slice of an obsure angle. Any Guesses?

Here is a little wider angle of the same shot.
