Default Beautiful 737-200

Just pushed back from the gate heading to Kuparuk on the North Slope. It was taken with my phone, sorry about the quality.

I love those old birds. Still, you gotta wonder about someone who owns a private 732 . . .

They probably bought the gravel kit and the airplane came with it.

Seriously the gravel kits are expensive.

Any idea on how much they run? I am guessing the most expensive part is doing the piping for the high air pressure nozzle on the front of the engine.

Good old thunder guppy. Most of them are gone. Too bad time is running out for the 727's, DC-9's, etc.

I flown 200's 300's and 500 series guppies. The 20o was my favorite. It was such a nice flying machine.

The -200 with the -15 engines was fun. The -300/400 had too much fuel for that tiny cockpit.

The Thunder Guppy was a blast to fly. Lots of noise so everyone knows you were there!!
