dunebuggies were in anza, ca and yes the dunes are in glamis

Did you see me out there flying this past weekend?

That does look like fun.
If I be chosen for Harriers out of Yuma I was going to get into the whole dunebuggie thing.

Man, I don't know how many times I've driven through Yuma and El Centro...and I've never seen one single fighter buzzin around.

...and yet, I'm not even surprised anymore when I see a marine corps harrier or bug at KIWA.

Your timing is just bad (unlucky). For instance - for the last three weeks there have been more than 40 F/A-18 A-F, T-45, C-2, T-34 and UH-1s buzzing around El Centro. A lot of the dunebuggies and riders are operating fairly close (from our perspective) from bombing and strafing ranges. We seriously have to pay attention to clearing the ranges prior to training.
