With the insane amount of JA calls, I'm guessing we see a November bid and continued hiring into 2025. Retirements start heavy in the next couple years, they're going to need to get ahead of that too. I'm guessing the churn will continue- good news for all.

Heard from a good source that UPS will hire 100 in 2025.

Sounds about right. Very little retirements next year (~35) and modest increase 2026 (~75), add a bit to both for early outs. They begin in earnest in 2027. If we do get a contract next year (not holding my breath), we may see more people head for the exits.
