UPS 2024 Hiring Info.
#341
Supposedly out of all the applications, 600 met the requirements. Decent odds if UPS is hiring at least 300.
Best of luck to those who made the cut and good luck to those who didn’t and want to try again.

I'm guessing the number of CJOs in the pool is a good portion of the 300+ but still very good odds indead.

Personally, I can’t imagine there’s 300 poolies that have been rocketing up in seniority at their legacy for last 18 months that are ready to step into the cargo world. We’re in a downturn and FedEx has proven that it’s not exactly the promised land any longer. It’s been tarnished and hopefully the IPA can prove that the big cargo airlines are still a career destination.
Unless they are from the SDF area and have family ties or still trust the cargo side is the pinnacle of stability, I’d bet that the pool was rather dry. Just my opinion.

I don’t know man, it seems like the only ones sticking with cargo are those who are already in cargo. We’re all worried about being at the bottom of a 20k seniority list when the music stops. They’ve been crushing premium, flying days, new contracts, any plane any base, fast upgrade opportunity… they have been enjoying the best of what the business has to offer.
