Spitfire Elite will help you get to the best version of yourself by interview day. I really enjoyed and benefited from their zoom interview prep conducted roundtable style.

Honestly it was the easiest interview I have ever done, I have a feeling when you get called its up to you to lose it. They really want to get to know you, what you are about and your story. Not so much the TAAT HR puppet show at other airlines.

75hr per pay period, we have 13 pay periods. That is why you will hear people refer to the minimun guarantee as 81 hours.
-As of now(hopefully gets fixed) If you have a line built under 75 hours, you still get paid 75 hours, however if you drop anything you loose the buffer. Also if you pick something up, it doesnt go above guarantee, you will work for free until reaching 75hrs. (A reason why reserve goes senior, anything is above 75.)
-As mentioned previosly the opportunity to pick up extra work is a moving target, prior to the pay period starting there is a line improvement opportunity that is seniority based, then there is a free for all open time opportunity. Lately it has been a frenzy and ALL or most opentime is gone within a day.
-Premium trips called JA (150%) were a daily occurence during covid, it has stopped the last couple years, but with the VTP retirements and the USPS contract, we may see an uptick in premium flying once again.
-You can not double dip on anything, ie: Days dropped for training or IOE, vacation days, travel days, you can not pick anything up.
-There is a credit cap of 208 hours in a bid period(2 Pay periods).
Hope this clears things up and includes some things you may have missed on your research.

Some questions..
1. What is min day hr pay for UPS?
2. How long usually stay on Reserve before becoming a lineholder?
3. If pay period is every 28 days, if I am a reserve pilot, how many days off may I get? 14 on 14 off?
4. How long usually takes for Upgrade? Less than 7 yrs or more?
5. According to APC, No company 401K match.. Is it true?
6. Any flights to ICN? if I want a trip to ICN which fleet and base should I try to go for?
I know the 1st yr pay is brutal...but still UPS is a good option to think of applying..
Thank you so much for your kind responses in advance

Domestically, RSV tends to be more senior though junior pilots frequently hold VTOR lines that can contain a mixture of trips and short-call reserve. Base Trip Lines are also junior.
RSV is 14 duty days in a 28 day pay period. Contractual min days off for lineholders is 11. We have line bidding with conflict, no PBS.
Upgrade is completely variable, but the last few years it has been 6-8 years to junior available CPT position.
There is no 401k match, but our Defined Contribution is 12% and goes into a Money Purchase Plan (MPP) managed by Fidelity. Unfortunately DC is not made to pilots on probation.
Yes, ICN is a gateway and is served by the 747 (ANC and SDF) as well as 767 SDFZ. I would bet, however, most vacancies for newhires will be domestic (SDF A300/757, ONT 757, maybe some MIA 757).

Looking at preliminary mock bid...mass exodus from ANC...so should be 747 ANC available for new hires. Crystal ball sent out for repairs.
