75hr per pay period, we have 13 pay periods. That is why you will hear people refer to the minimun guarantee as 81 hours.
-As of now(hopefully gets fixed) If you have a line built under 75 hours, you still get paid 75 hours, however if you drop anything you loose the buffer. Also if you pick something up, it doesnt go above guarantee, you will work for free until reaching 75hrs. (A reason why reserve goes senior, anything is above 75.)
-As mentioned previosly the opportunity to pick up extra work is a moving target, prior to the pay period starting there is a line improvement opportunity that is seniority based, then there is a free for all open time opportunity. Lately it has been a frenzy and ALL or most opentime is gone within a day.
-Premium trips called JA (150%) were a daily occurence during covid, it has stopped the last couple years, but with the VTP retirements and the USPS contract, we may see an uptick in premium flying once again.
-You can not double dip on anything, ie: Days dropped for training or IOE, vacation days, travel days, you can not pick anything up.
-There is a credit cap of 208 hours in a bid period(2 Pay periods).
Hope this clears things up and includes some things you may have missed on your research.

actually there a couple examples where you can "double dip":
1. if you have a training/vacation conflict and a trip is dropped, and there are days where you do not are not restored (BIDN)
2. if you take the entire bid period off (28 days) using OCV. you can pick up trips on the days that were not originally covered by vacation (14) and it will pay on top of guarantee or line credit.
that's all I can think of

-Adam Hughes is good
-https://www.aviationinterviews.com/ great info.
-Read Big Brown and be up to date on UPS's different businesses.

Honestly it was the easiest interview I have ever done, I have a feeling when you get called its up to you to lose it. They really want to get to know you, what you are about and your story. Not so much the TAAT HR puppet show at other airlines.

And I also second the recommendation to read Big Brown. They will ask you what you know about the company...if you can give a brief, accurate history, I think this scores points.

Pretty much what Hella said. Adam is excellent, but I'm not 100% sure he's necessary. That said, I used him, and I'm not sorry. I went in feeling very prepared.
