You’re a better man than I. I don’t have enough self confidence to predict 10 days out at UPS or this industry much less than 10 years. Good on ya…

Nobody hired 2014+ has a clue what real stagnation looks like.

With forecast retirements, I don’t think we will for quite a long time. Slower? Sure. Stagnant? Not betting on it.

If my math is correct and the average retirement age stays around 62.5yr then we should have 20% of the list retired in the next 5 years

Ignorant statement. Most non mil folks hired after 2014 know exactly what stagnation looks like. Most of us have been through it many times. 9-11, SARS, 2008 this is nothing new. May be a different uniform but same old same old.

Got the Powerball number too? You have no idea what’s around the corner. IPA met with head of international planning recently, said they want to grow that segment. I’m more of a glass half-full person.

Pretty sure Boiler was referring to stagnation at UPS -> nobody else did the kind of mindless, spiteful crap UPS did during those years.

Same general info was mentioned by the company folk speaking at the school house this week. Seeing some of it with the new gateways we’ve opened in the past few months.
