Three cheers for a strong Constitution to protect us... from the executive branch.
I guess it'll balance things out for a bit.
Christians have been slaughtered and ignored by the world long enough.

Ok rock star. I guess we'll see how the courts continue to view it. Also, if you think identifying countries of concern equates to this current specific executive order, then I'm sure you have a great time with all sorts of nuance in life.

The Supreme Court can't properly judge anything now, because they only have 8 members. If they rule in a tie, then the lower court decision holds.

I read that maybe by the time this gets to the SC, the Reps may have put in place the new SCOTUS nominee, and then the matter can be ruled on with 9 Justices...

Of course Christians have never slaughtered others.

The SC can definitely judge properly, even with 8 members. Not every decision is 4-4 or 5-4 when at full strength. They can vote 8-0, 7-1, 6-2 etc.

You mean the 9th circuit, which has the highest overturn rate by a mile, than any other circuit? I like those odds.

And why so wound up? Life is good. I have a great family I enjoy, at the airline of my dreams, and the drought is over for now. The only things that suck are my lakers, my dodgers, and the fact that Dio and Lemmy are gone. Who's next rob halford?

Do you like to point to bad behavior to justify other bad behavior?

Life is good, on that we can agree.

That you may have hard right conservative views (or any combination or shade of gray on any issue), awesome, that's what makes the world go 'round. The ability to agree to disagree and respect differing views is something the country is sorely lacking.

When the POTUS anger-tweets like 12 year old girl who didn't get her way, how do you defend that?

“SEE YOU IN COURT, THE SECURITY OF OUR NATION IS AT STAKE!”
If there are specific threats, he has all the power in the world (literally) to take care of that threat. In the meantime, maybe someone can explain to him how appellate courts work.

Does he come off churlish with his tweets at times? Yes. But maybe he wouldn't have to resort to social media if the media reported on him without an agenda. Civil discourse and civil dissent is what makes this country great. Especially over a drink or two
