I'm with you in the opposition of insourcing cheap labor, but with the talent demands in tech, I know that bidding wars are common and frequent.
A parallel concern is why isn't the US's educational system producing qualified labor in adequate numbers? Do you think DeVos's initiatives are going to change that?

Based on that criteria, should Trump have the same 1st amendment rights as you? After all, he works for the people, took the same oath as the military, and is a senior leadership position. If you or I provoke a young unstable dictator with nuclear weapons on twitter, what are the chances it'll escalate into a regional conflict?
Anyway, Oscar is a citizen with full 1st amendment rights, and I'd bet you a coffee his comments are coordinated with the help of legislative affairs and full knowledge of the board. As someone else pointed out, our company prospers when we put butts in seats. Moral arguments aside, Oscar has a duty to protest anything that gets in the way of that goal.

Since I'm no longer in the military, my first amendment rights are no longer abridged. Should the POTUS have his first amendment rights abridged? Absolutely.

As a citizen Oscar has full 1st amendment rights. As he CEO of a multi-national company, when speaking on behalf of that multi-national company, maybe not so much.
If I was him, if I had to say anything, I would just express my sympathy for refugees of all nationalities.
I think expressing his political policy opinions, as the CEO, is in poor judgement.
