No. There is no mechanism in LOA 38 to boost our PRAP from the current 16%.
There is a disagreement over how DL's DC plan boost affects their pilots' profit sharing payout and whether that extra bump qualifies the UA pilots to get a higher percentage raise in our snap-up.

I've been looking through the United threads and can't seem to find the new pay rates for the remainder of the contract term based on the me too with Delta. From my reading am I to understand they haven't been finalized?

I hope the company sees the light so to speak and gives the pilot group the respect and the credibility we deserve. I saw the little message on CCS from management saying they have a legitimate disagreement with ALPA on it's date of pay for the pilots.
Management was given a gift by ALPA in pursuing this extension and Delta Snap up. If management screws it up, I am sure the pilot group will reciprocate.
Good on ALPA for pursuing any and all avenues to gain and maintain compliance with our extension language.

It is this kind of chest pounding that makes rank and file pilots roll their eyes at the union sometimes. Just as a disclaimer for the eager beavers on here, I'm glad the union is strong and wants to pursue our interests, I just don't feel like there is in issue here with the company not complying with the agreement
