I'm sitting here in EWR in row 21 on an Uber-Guppy after landing from IAH and we can't deplane because the tail is too heavy and the ground personnel have to unload aft cargo first??? Are you kidding me?!? This is embarrassing. Never happens on the 320. Just one more reason I love the 'Bus. 🙄🙄 And for God's sake, start the friggen APU and get some air going while we wait in this sauna for 15 minutes. Idiots!!

Rumor has it the aft CG issue was a policy created to save some fuel. They intentionally load it aft for a few dollars in savings. I actually saw a tail stand on one the other day though.
That VNAV - plus or minus 20kts is the norm.
