I finished IOE 11/30, and was going to turn into a pumpkin on 3/7, they gave me a 3 day trip on beginning of this month specifically to consolidate, which I barely did. Now back to sitting around! love it.

I know it's a bit of a pain, but congratulations! Well done! Get paid to sit at home--dream job.

Don't have to be a new hire to miss consolidation.

Are you serious!?!? ZERO hours since IOE? Wow...lol that's some many chilling there! Judging by when you finished IOE, you probably have until the sometime around the first part of May to get it completed. I would def work on that for April so you don't have to go back to training.

Plan to go to TK to get some special attention!

If the pilot has not completed 100 hours in 120 days, a Line Check or refresher training is required to ensure that an adequate level of proficiency has been retained. The Line Check or refresher training extends the consolidation period to 150 days.
After the additional sim check, but the bigger problem is you only have an additional 30 days. If you're really sitting on zero hours you may be looking at going through the qual course again. I'd call the fleet.

I'm assuming he has 35-45 hours from OE. But yes, call! I enjoyed my completion trips.

Doesn't the hundred hour countdown start after OE?

It does for Captains. For FO's, as mentioned above, OE counts toward your consolidation.
