Demonstrably Wrong?
I'd be more worried about the direction United Airlines goes with the new guys at the helm than NAI. OM will not be around much longer - Goodby GB or for CV11 GorGO. Where does your Lovefest go now?

I know OM was supposed to SAVE US but did his medical condition and the inaction on the board inadvertly put United in play.
We can't blame the takeover group or GB for taking the action they have. We've been without anybody running the store, even with OM trying from the sick bed. Where was the BOD? OM had more than a hangnail and the BOD should have acted swiftly for a replacement instead of the TEMP. The current Board and OM put United in play.

There you go with the fake heart attack again. The board should have replaced OM immediately - they didn't and we now have a group that will be controlling the airline that cares nothing about the airline or it's employees.
Did OM's ego and the board put United in play - YES!
I have no sympathy for OM's condition because he used it to place the airline, it's employees and our families in jeopardy. He has done absolutely nothing other than give lip service to the weak minded few looking for a Savior -

Wrong again. Since he took over he has consummated contracts/extensions with over half the employees voting overwhelmingly to approve them. The operational metrics are top-notch and the financial performance is improving.

You keep repeating yourself. Knowing what's about to happen at the airline, many are voting for the 'pigs-in-the-poke' as a protective move rather than a vote of confidence. How much would you like to bet that OM doesn't survive in the job 1 year past the new board take over.
Save you 13% - you are going to need it - OM did it.

I am just repeating facts about what has been accomplished in the short time that Oscar Munoz has been the CEO in response to your complete pig in a poke BS. Things that never would have happened under Smisek.
Again, you mischaracterize what is happening. PAR and Altimeter have completely failed to take over the board or even get the chairmanship. There will be an independent chairman but not their guy and they will get two or three seats (none for Buffoon) for the next year on a board with 12+ directors. That is not a takeover but a negotiated settlement to avoid a proxy battle.
That said I would bet a lot of money that Munoz, barring further health issues, will be the CEO long past a year after the next annual shareholders meeting in which the new board members will be elected.
