Default Delta Snap Up rumors.

So perusing the Delta forum looks like 18/4/4 is the rumored number for their TA offer to be. Now it's a worthless pure entertainment only consideration, but if that is true and they sign by the end of the year then it would translate to an additional 4.42% for us in 2016, and 1% in 2017, and 2% in 2018.

Would be better than a poke in the eye, I guess

2019 would be:

777 Cap - $344 FO - $235
757 Cap - $277 FO - $189
319 Cap - $266 FO - $181

Yeah, don't buy that boat just yet. That was someone just floating a balloon. The company already said Section 3 is going to mediation. That won't start at least till next month.

You mean it wasn't an auto 22/7/7 like all the "no" voters were claiming it was gonna be when we signed the extension? I'm shocked I tell ya!!

All kidding aside after the pilots and management goes back and forth it will probably be something similar to ours plus a percent or two.

If Gordon Buffoon gets on the BOD then we can kiss any future pay raises or work rule improvements for the forseable future... That 16% raise looks like a better deal now more than ever.

I would humbly ask everyone to understand the meaning of
1. Green slips(both line holders and reserves)
2. Rolling thunder.
Just start with these two massive money making operations for DAL
Pilots and u learn about the ridiculous amount of money they can make. There will be no motivation to settle this anytime soon. Well past two years

Hyperbole. Get over yourself.... I'm a no voter and never believed DALPA was going to get everything they asked for- no, not even the pay rates. So you may want to remove the "all" qualifier from your post.

All kidding aside, you have absolutely ZERO idea what their pay rates or CBA terms will be. It's just a guess on your part.

Of course brah…just a guess based on how past cyclical contracts go. Typically there is some give and take and the next carrier in the hopper gets a similar raise to the previous plus a few beans. Trend data.

Respect the no vote - each to their own. I personally saw all merit and no detriment so it was yes vote from me hands down. Now that DAL and SWA are in a protracted fight with management, I believe that was the correct COA. 79% out of 91% agree.

I have some understanding of them but I can't fairly say I really know how they work other than it is similar (the green slip part) to our SRM. I will say I have talked to a fair number of guys who are absolutely killing it at the U as well - especially with the pay increase. Some numbers are incredible. Lots of ability to make money here as well.

The difference is here it goes to the seniority numbers at the top. At DAL it's divvied out more equitably. No one gets two green slips (Srm) until everyone on the list has at least been offered a chance.
