I haven't watched GUM on the vacancy bids but the 10 March Junior Man table has the most junior GUM pilot as 11100. The junior man systemwide on that table was 12519.
Given that information, the most junior pilot on GUM has almost two years on property. It's a very small base so it wouldn't take very many people leaving GUM for it to go junior. One of the nice things about being in such a large diverse company is that not everyone wants to do the same thing.
Edit: There are 2 GUM FO vacancies on the current (16-06V) bid. Right now, seniority #s 7713 and 7939 are showing on the latest snapshot. Those pilots have a lot more than 2 years on property.
