Problems with EmployeeRes
Anyone else having problems with seeing the standby list on EmployeeRes? Been happening for about a week.
I thought it was just my ipad, but I get the same thing on my laptop, and company computers in the airport.
The United app works under "Show boarding details."

Had the same problems viewing it when looking at my own PNR. Crappy work around for me has been to create a new listing to see the actual boarding totals as it doesn't seem to give the error code when looking at from the new flight screen. Seems to also just be on RJ flights for me.

Strange. Windows 10 with Chrome and I have no problems viewing the SAs on any flight.
Accessing it after logging into skynet.ual.com then the travel tab then 'book a flight.'
Direct link is https://skynet.ual.com/web/myCoair.jsp?myCoair=res and that works fine too, even if I didn't log in to Skynet first. I obviously have to login using the direct link, but it too works fine on Chrome and IE 11.
However, viewing an existing listing and the SAs on the flight did not work on Firefox. I don't have an Apple product to see if that's screwing up too.

Just got home, and now it works on both the company ipad, and my laptop. ipad is obviously Safari; my laptop is Firefox.
I sent a note to the Department in charge (ETC) a few hours ago; maybe that helped, or maybe a coincidence.
I thought it got fixed about 4 days ago, too.

There are dozens of browser related bugs and quirks across various websites. They come and go. Used to list them and call in but then realized it was like playing wack a mole.
