The term "dominate" is akin to "subjugate" (bring under domination or control). So the follow on question would be, is it the ALPA membership that needs to be subjugated, or does the poster imply that Insler will dominate the company. Furthermore, if that's the implication of the original poster, is this a direction we really want to take, fighting with the company tooth and nail as opposed to working towards mutually beneficial goals. Personally, I liked Heppner and thought he struck a good balance.

You put quotation marks around words you chose in order to completely change the meaning apparently to suit your purposes that seem to be divisive regarding this ALPA election or confrontational towards Sniper66.
