Actually, that is a total mis-quote. You did so in classic form...which is nice to see. You inserted part truth, and colored it with your lies to misrepresent the actual facts, thus trying to manipulate the reader. Oh, and by the way, I'll put 15 plus years of IACP/ALPA work up against your so-called resume any day. I've done my service and I feel very good about it.
