Yup.

One of the MEC Updates stated it would be released on the 22nd. And if memory serves, the UPA vote was also released quite quickly (within hours).

One of the benefits of computerized voting, I presume.

No insight really. Just think that if it passes folks could switch to a more convenient seat, aircraft, or base and live basically the same lifestyle. For example someone may bid Denver to be on reserve while they've been commuting to a line elsewhere

I could be completely off base (as I am most of the time).
