Default Base Trade Question

I'm looking to trade, but haven't yet been to training for the base and seat in question. When and how should I advertise? I'm assuming the best tactic is to paper the bulletin boards in the FO.

Many people do not look at the ALPA bulletin boards, and many do not frequent the forums either.

Take some time, and get the list of awards, go to the mail boxes, and put in a short note saying what you want to do, and if you are interested..contact....

Get the permission of the DOR's before you do. It'll take some time, but you'll get everyone on a seat list. The mail slots are color coordinated so that helps. EG, SFO 777's are yellow file folders.

Good luck.

That's what I was looking for! Thanks a bunch for the neighborly assistance, Cap'n Dave. I appreciate that very much.
