Pilots have had, and will continue to have, the ability to call fatigued on a flight.
Future system board grievances and the flown by award don't change that the TA removes ALPA's ability, as a whole, to rescind FRMS participation like we did last spring.
My point with this example is that there are work rule changes that could significantly affect FRMS operation and the only relief is grievance. Not the language we currently enjoy and will lose with the TA.

UA stock price is not a concern to me and personally I hope it drops.
UA stock has dropped on Oscars health, our poor service, poor employee relations, and mismanagement.
I am ok for Wall Street to keep our stock price lower than our peers and instead pay us better and have labor peace.

United also said that revenue from each seat flown a mile, a key measurement of airlines, fell more than anticipated in the fourth quarter. The unit revenue dropped by as much as 6.25 percent.

Since when has the stock price ever factored into our compensation?? That's for the managerial crowd to worry about since its built into theirs. There is no equity for us. We didn't sacrifice anything, remember? Enough capitulation for capitulations sake.

In what world is voting yes to a 15+ percent pay raise capitulation? LOL
I for one am not willing to pass that up to go slow walk through Sect. 6 in what looks like the beginning of a recession. The stock price is just an indicator.
