Of course I bought it used. Buying new is stupid. I personally have about 20 close United pilot friends, varying seniority all of which are Yes voters. I personally haven't flown with or met a no voter, except for the ones you hear in ops sounding stupid and thumping their chest.
And, don't feed Staller.

No fighting Guys, let's wait and see Jan 22.
Let's not turn this to the UAL Forum
There are some good things and some bad things on this TA
Is it good enough to pass or not ? We will find out soon.
IMO I think these numbers are pretty accurate.

My WAG is that the APC numbers are low and the TA will pass by at least 80%. If it passes by a wide margin, management failed; every vote above 50.1% is a failure for management.

If Staller did show up maybe you'd run like you normally do. How many Stalller's have you called out with your 20 year claim and never voting YES on a contract. I've read at least 8 Staller's called out by you all with different user names. You need to stop feeling sorry for yourself and do the right thing. Feeling sorry for YOURSELF never works.

You make no sense. I'm at the bottom of the seniority list. 16 years after being hired! I'm a solid YES! A no vote for me is working 3 more years till achieving 12th year pay, saying no to a 13% raise plus the difference between 9th and 12th year pay, over $25K in retro, and no add pay for duty day extensions. I personally like my job and can support a nice lifestyle and family life. I'm a very logical thinking person, educated, and have had to fight to survive through 2 furloughs. Why do you think that there are junior United pilots who will vote no? For me, that would be the same thing as blowing up my pickup truck (worth about $30K) and donating $30K a year to a senior United pilot But I'm glad I'm one of the ones you feel sorry for! Like you said, "you can't fix stupid" stupid

"Stupid is as stupid does", stupid. I've had the opportunity to see what a typical, logical, thinking United pilot does when necessary. I have a feeling the United pilots and especially the junior pilots will hold out a complete CBA as opposed to your piecemeal approach.
Did you buy the $30,000 truck used?

This TA passed the MEC essentially by a roll call of 150 pilots. That's a razor thin margin. Although technically the TA passed the MEC by a senatorial vote of 13-7, if anyone of the 13 yes voters had voted no a roll call vote would have been called. In this scanerio on a roll call basis the TA vote would have failed the MEC.
So that being based on what you posted above you can make the argument management did offer just enough to get a 50.1 pass rate.

I'm a legacy United and I'm voting "yes". So is just about everyone I've spoken too. The others have been "undecided". Haven't heard a "no" vote yet in person.

True but consider the following:

As I've said before, I hate the way the MEC does business. 2 pilots speak for 1500 with no effective way to guage the pulse of their constituents. 20 pilots choose the MC. Hate the methodology

You YES voters, chest pounders, are the same guys that threatened the MEC with recalls if you didn't get a chance to vote. What do you expect going forward when we negotiate a contract that doesn't require a pilot vote. Worst yet, we get another Paul Whitefore or Jay Pierce type doing back room deals on non-money issues that impact QOL. Who you gonna blame then? All this faith you put into Munoz as being the great savior will come back to bite. Why do you think the company is being so benevolent to the pilots and attacking the other employee groups at the same time. The only people in management that could do this deal( have the knowledge ) are former Smizek management people. Did you guys stop thinking?
