Ahhh. Bring up that despicable example of Radicals Gone Wild and you must be Management. Of course. Maybe you ought to look up exactly what I am talking about since you seem to have conveniently forgotten what was going on back then. Regardless of your thoughts about Management or how you have ever voted, is that the way you want your Union doing business? Terribly embarrassing that it is right there in a court ruling for all to see.

Tell us more so we can all see exactly how much you don't know about what you're speaking about here.

Ahhh That. An accusation the company lawyers spoke about in court but didn't have any witnesses to call on or any depositions from those same folks to verify those stories were true.

The ruling speaks for itself. And yes, I flew quite a bit with a respectable guy that was on the receiving end. I heard plenty of details from him and it matched up quite well with what the court found. So don't try and pretend that it never happened.

That did not happen in the 06-08 time frame. Maybe during some other era of strife.

.
Well, I was on the receiving end too so I must know the person you're speaking of above. You're embellishing your story.

No, you don't. Never DCA based, commuted from Ohio. Now retired. The guy was quiet and calm and didn't create drama on his own. I flew enough with him to see that.

He sure is when he makes comparisons to Jimmy Hoffa.

It is also obvious that he has absolutely no clue that the only thing the preliminary injunction did was instruct ALPA to abide by the RLA, a very low legal bar.
