NM, you're right. 245 is the min so 37 can bail and they're still good. Yet EWR has a max of 416 and and there's 6 guys leaving the seat and exactly 6 awards back into EWR.
So maybe they are drawing down the base via unfilled backfills. Or they're going to do some big final award of stuff that was never on the snaps, like 15-07 did.

The Local schedule update for December for Council 11.
The stopping of KWI/BAH had no effect on staffing as the manpower is being shifted to additional Euro summer seasonal flying (FCO, CDG for example) and possibly year round upgauging from the 767 (MUC most likely)
Stopping DXB will affect staffing and the plan is now to deal with the overage via attrition as there is no flying out there to compensate for the loss. As related to the LSC via the SSC from the company.
As shown above the min for DCA777 F/O is 37 less then the max, which matches current staffing. For Captains it is 12 less. So doubt there will be any backfills on this Vacancy for DCA 777.
