Default Hotel Leisure Rates

Newbie here, wondering if anyone knows where there may be a list ( in flyingtogether, ccs, etc) of the hotels we layover in each city and what the contractual leisure rate may be for each. A point in the right direction would be much appreciated. Looking specifically for LA area hotels. Thanks.

In Vietnam they rent by the hour so you should be good for the "leisure" rate.

Contact the DORs at LAXFO. Most domiciles have a list of local hotels and crew rates to help commuters. They should be able to fax or email a copy to you. Or if you are passing through, you can go down to ops an grab a copy.

SkyNet/Flyingtogether>>Flight Operations>>Bases to find contact numbers...or ask the DOR at any domicile and they can get the LAXFO number for you.

Start with checking at the layover hotels, then compare around.

Dio, I am also a newb and have searched for the same. My previous carrier had contractually agreed upon leisure rates as well as a searchable list by city with phone numbers for that hotel.

This would be a great thing for us to have at UAL, as it doesn't currently exist. Additionally, there is generally not an agreed upon fixed "leisure" rate. I have asked at several of our hotels and found that our rate varies depending on availability, and is just a percentage off of rack rate.

Even still a searchable list of our contracted hotels would be helpful.

The Crew Companion guy has a list in his database. It should be easy to add a feature to find contracted hotels by airport code.

Our hotels offer crew rates when traveling on holiday. I get better rates using various web sites offering better discounts at the same hotels.
