That guy is a nut job. It's pretty bad when the EWR base votes in Comrade Glen J. over you.
Kneel may actually have something worthwhile to say right now but because he's shot his mouth of for so long he has zero credibility. Time for those two clowns to just fly out their careers and let the NEW UNITED pilots lead.

I once saw Neil take a barrage of verbal abuse during bankruptcy in Chicago ops. Never did he raise his voice but calmly explained his position. You might not always agree with Neil but he is a true unionist. He doesn't speak from rumour and his arguments are well reasoned.
If I was ever in a trouble and needed to call someone to represent me in the flight office, those two would be on the top of my list.

Garry if I'm not mistaken, is the one who set up the PDR system when he was MEC VC. Has also served as MEC jumpseat chairman, and on other levels in the union. Like him or not, he offers his time and has done a lot for the pilot group. Next time you ask certain flight attendants for your food at the top of climb and they say yes, you can thank Garry for that one.

He talks a good game and writes some ok letters, but just spend some time talking with his F/O's.
There's a reason that he keeps moving from domicile to domicile. He wears out his welcome pretty quick!
I would never eat a meal that was meant for Gary. High probability that there is Visine mixed in. He is HORRIBLE to F/A's.

We're all a "little" nuts. Give the man some slack. He's a painter and is bound to have a little Van Gogh in him. He has proven results.
If you want to talk certifiable nuts, I'm sure there are quite a few heinous stories out there.

Those two may be *#$holes but at least they're our *#$holes. I'd much rather have a couple of hardcore *#$holes sitting across the table from the company than some union/mngmnt wannabes like we've had in the past. I would suspect that Neil has learned from experience through the bankruptcy debacle and would not be too keen to trust the company ever again. Then again I could be wrong too.

Wish I could say the same. Garry's a hard driver for sure but Neil's just a blowhard who talks down to people, especially if you're unfortunate enough to be former CAL.

Too many take it personal when they are on the receiving end of his posts. I believe that to Neil, the idea is more important than the person. Ideas that benefit all of us. He has the knowledge and background to support those ideas.
