I know a couple people get interviews without a degree. So, yes.

Well, I feel like I won the lottery!!!!! I got the e-mail last week for the interview invite and took the Hogan test. Waiting on the results, and yes, people said I was cute as a child.... LOL... Looking for any updated info anyone could share about the interview experience. I am scheduled for Cage's prep and have been looking for anything on-line that I can find. Not sure if it is coincidence or not, but I went to the latest job fair a couple weeks ago in PSP.

Awesome, congrats! I'm not sure if I misread it, but did you say you have or have not received the results from the Hogan test yet? If you are signed up for Cage, they should have the most current info on the interview gouge.

Interview invites are going out via email. Looks like 10 March is the date.

Yes and yes. I think your qualifications would have to be otherwise stellar, but it's been done.

Are the Air Force flight records all you need to take to the interview?

Were they happy with that? I'm planning on taking the entire record with a FHR and IDS along with my civilian logbook.
