Flew with a numbers/finance guy a few weeks ago. He said based on current earnings projections, a guy making $100k could expect between $17-19k in profit sharing. Take it for what it's worth, I'm not a math major and couldn't tell you if that's feasible or not.

Does anyone know how/when new-hires get to participate in PS? I know we are not eligible during our first year, but if I was hired in May of 2015 then will I be eligible from May-Dec of 2016?

Your first PS check will be Jan 2017.

Just take Delta's profit Sharing and divide by 3 or 4. That will be pretty close.

Correct. Based off the first full Calendar Year you are employed.
