That's for working overtime after original arrival time or on a day off. Not what I'm talking about. I'm on a 4-day trip, awarded to me as my seniority allows. At the end of day two they modify my trip so I do not fly the remainder of my awarded trip but treat me as a reserve and use me for something else on day three and four. All of that "something else" should be paid at 200%. It wasn't what I bid for, wasn't what I was awarded, and I'm not a reserve. They've basically SRMd me on the fly with no SRM pay.
I can not find any reference in UPA to reassessment within scheduled flight time at 200%.
If you are reassigned due to ops, wx, etc, and fly more hours then your original trip, you'll get pay at 100% above your schedule trip value or get pay protected if you fly below that. You'll receive 150% if flown beyond your original termination time.
Being reassign within a trip is no different then deviating or holding due to WX, or deviating due to MX.
However, if you feel strongly about changes in UPA to reflect that, put it in the survey. That is my propose of this thread, educate ourself abut UPA content, or if we can't find the reference, put it in the survey as a change proposal.

Sorry you misunderstood my posts. Not uncommon for me. No, it is not in the current UPA and, yes, it's an item I'm asking to be considered in the next contract, as this thread is about.

This is the first time in my working life that was so eff-ed up that they had an automated solution to fixing pay issues.
I would also like hotter FA's and free beer.

My wish list:
Sh#tcan the current POS of a PBS system.
A trip should be worth a minimum day credit for EACH day. Not an average of. I also understand that this is problematic because it requires the Company to carry extra pilots. But that's not our problem, it's the cost of doing business.
There should be a structure for RSV shortcalls. They should have shortcalls at specific times so they just can't make up shortcalls as the day progresses. I've seen them do this in SFO.
The ability of the crew desk to roll days off should be severely limited, if not completely eliminated. We work to live, not live to work!
My biggest issue and an automatic "no" vote is ABSOLUTELY NO CONCESSIONS with regard to Scope. I'd actually like to see get some of it back with language to reflect the current staffing issues at our Regional Partners. Obviously, no gives on JV or codeshares.
Vacation and sick days should be worth a minimum day credit.

Be careful what you wish for. I can see it now. The company goes out and hires their version of "hot" FA's and hooks you up with a can of Billy Beer dug up out of Jimmy Carter's back yard.
We need to layover at the other airline's hotels with the hotter stu's. That way you aren't fishing in the company pond. As far as free beer goes. I'll take an entertainment allowance of $40.00 per layover. That way I can to pick what beer it is.

I'd like to have my schedule at least a week earlier.
I'd like to bid for vacation year JAN-DEC (calendar year)
No gives on scope, jv or otherwise
85 hours be the new max pbs line construction level but waive-able to the variable max of ~90 if desired.
I'd like to see more pbs credit for vacation
Some deterrent to the company to avoid superfluous displacements (1 GUM captain & 1 GUM first. ) ****
I'd like to see better training pay.
I'd like to see us adequately staffed year round.
Global reserve needs fewer rollable days.
Hey a guy can dream.
