Heard they recently added a "Millennial" version of the Hogan to weed out certain self-inflated Regional types out there.

The Hogan strikes again!!! Lose out on a years plus seniority with the irony being you are more than likely already flying their people around. Hippocrates. I'm sorry man..

Hold up. Did you get a tbnt email? I took it on a Monday and didn't get the invite until Thursday. That was only a month ago. Unless they've emailed you nothing is set yet.

I just failed Hogan for UPS feeling a bit bummed. Anyone know where there is a prep for the airlines Hogan test. At least i would see where I went wrong.
Yes I also know why the stars twinkle. Really depressing.

Head and shoulders high, nothing wrong with you - apply elsewhere. Tons of people got hired everywhere after failing Hogan.

I bombed Hogan last October, and I'm at SWA now. Couldn't be happier. A good friend is at Delta. It's not the end of the world, and I know UAL is missing out on a ton of good people by outright rejecting people simply on account of this test.

For those that have taken both, is the Hogan similar to AA's "Organizational Fit Assessment" test?

It's similar, but the Hogan is longer.

Default Shortened Hogan

I took the Hogan a few weeks ago for United, and it is only 1 section now. I think it used to be much longer. The whole thing took maybe 20 min.

Did you get past it? I got the bad news this week. I'm thinking about following up with an email to HR at the address they give you about it...not that they are going to change it, but just to voice my opinions of the process. I know they offer to take feedback just to cover their bases but wondering if anyone else has done this and did they respond at all?
