There's only two types of people on the seniority list. The azzholes ahead of you and the idiots behind you.

Warning, thread drift ahead!

I've been here a lot longer than that, and I'm told all the time by flt management that my opinion doesn't matter either.

This is part of Jeffries' and Glen's legacy that has to change. It starts and often ends at the top. I think the jury is still out on the new guy. No track record yet. I don't really think member of the board counts. It's just an ATM and rubber stamp position and no one there really pays attention, or cares as long as their checks keep coming.

Yeah, we get it. I'm certainly no expert on 121 flying...but have been in aviation for 28 years and flying for a living for 22. Nobody I fly with tells me my opinion doesn't matter. It's just a few people on these boards.

For those that have taken the Hogan most recently. How long from finishing the Hogan to getting word either positive or negative? The email says it could be that "they are dealing with a high hiring volumes and our next communication may be delayed"... Just looking for a timeline from the most recent candidates.

I took it on a Thursday evening and got the email for interview invite the next morning. If you take it on Friday, there's a good chance you won't hear anything until the following Monday.

It was less than 24 hours for me to get the email invite for an interview. That was last week.

Another shoot down from the infamous Mr. Hogan. I even followed the advice from the Chief Pilot meet and greet. He told me not to take the test right after you get the invite, wait a day and take it well rested after you have a beer. Do it in a quiet place and answer consistently. Don't over think the question and answer honestly. Well I guess I now know what not to do if I ever get the chance again. BUMMER!!
