Just got the Hogan Rejection. I guess my logic on wanting to be a race care driver because it would be fun but don't like fast cars because they are expensive didn't pan out...good luck if you are taking the Hogan in the future. Sucks...would have loved to work for them.

I have heard stay away from the extremes and you have to be consistent.

Add another military guy who didn't make it past the Hogan Assessment. That test is the devil.

That psychobabble POS test has put a roadblock into too many pilot's careers. There is no rhyme or reason - sry.

Thank you for your service and if you still want to be at UAL hopefully it will work out next time.

Enjoy your career at Delta--and don't be too hard on us when it comes to the ISL.

I did not get past the Hogan just about a year ago. I am in the pool at FEDEX. Yes there is a psyc part to their testing. Also made it through Delta's. If you were competitive for United, the others will be calling shortly. I am happy with the way things turned out.

Cheers...Postal

It worked for me!

I don't see the Hogan prep on their website. Is it part of a larger package?

It's part of their interview prep package.

Just email them, they'll get right back to you and know what you need.

Do they prep for all interviews or United specifically? Are most of the prep services airline specific? Aero Crew, EC, etc. Thanks!
