Late 97 LUAL pilots were captains pre merger I was one of them. A lot of 98 guys were wide body F/Os pre merger, line holding for some of them. So while I am not trying to dredge up the same old BS here. Let's keep the facts straight.

If any of your fellow pilots start rehashing old arguments or try to rewrite history just point them to the arbitration ruling and move on. There is absolutely NOTHING that will change that list or the reasoning behind it.
It only benefits MGT going forward until the end of time (Section 6).

The only fellow pilots rehashing are really on here...no joke. 99% of the bros I know through both legacies actually never talk about it. There are no spears like "seat grab" or "regional airline" with the quality folks I know. It unfortunately manifests itself with the same individuals on here spouting the same tired, dysfunctional, emotion based mantra over and over.

Moved on? Right. Sometimes you just can't escape the bitter ones out there. Last night I was having dinner with the wife at great Thai place located near a layover hotel. Sure enough we got seated next to two middle aged white guys in shorts with white socks pulled up high. If it wasn't obvious at first, it soon became clear what they did for a living.
Really enjoyed the slightly younger one leading a mostly one sided conversation about how wronged he was by the SLI as he pondered whether to bid the 400. Also ranted something about 2005 CAL capts gleefully stealing his rightful seat. The parts my wife and I briefly overheard left her totally dumbstruck at the dullness of their dinner. I told her she'd just seen a wonderful reason why I slam click.
