I'd like to access some of that Hawaii flying too. Last time I saw OGG was 2006 or 7.

The guy is just looking for insight going forward. Not sure how else he is gonna ask that question. You might lighten up a little.

Noted. Strictly fatalistic, not a whine or slam on him (as noted). Clear Right.

I doubt any junior captains will be displaced off 737 in Denver.....my guess is the company would ride the temporary surplus and let it attrition out.

That is one possibility. Not the one that either ALPA or the CPO is talking about but it is obviously a possibility. And I hope that it is the one that actually happens.

I do believe there is a significant pause in 787 deliveries starting Jan 2016 for about a year. That's right after #25 gets delivered. Obviously the fence will drop. Thus logically 2016 vacancies on Sparkie will be from retirements, upgrades, and maybe utilization growth ie not too massive amount. Deliveries ramp up in 2017.

Someone mentioned above new hires are getting 737 and Bus in SFO and LAX before training. How's xommuting to LAX from say PHX to the bus or 737? Does one fleet have more comutability than the other? Reserve longer than the other? Usage on reserve?

Yeah, exactly. I was just trying to get a feel for things as a new guy. I understand I have to do my time, but as I also understand it there is a lot of movement and things are changing. If I end of having a choice of going to the 76T in SFO, I'm just wondering how that will compare to staying on the bus in SFO. I'm super happy about getting the A320 to SFO, so no complaining here either way, just trying to figure it all out.

Thanks.
