In a hub and spoke system you have "in" and "out" stations. A "pout" station is an out station that wanted to be a hub but didn't get selected.
Its either that, or he was typing too fast and hit the p when typing out station because its next to the o.

Nope. Its only in there because we used to do it, and it doesn't really cost anything to be in there. Just in case they want to start flying into Burbank, but we don't fly mainline into there.
