What fun it must be spending four days sitting next to a pilot with zero credibility. Have the Foo-Fighters been on tour using your empty skull as their base drum lately?
It's future dollars and preservation of dues genius. If Alpo National didn't give you guys your binke, you would be screaming bloody murder for decertification on day one... There will be no winning of any lawsuits.. The damage is done...now go back to hating your life.

Funny that you're lowering yourself to immature name calling, first sign of a losing argument.

The job of the arbitrator alone is the paycheck... Legal extortion

If I am immature for that comment then what are you for making a serious criminal accusation with zero proof? How have I lost the argument when you offer zero proof to support your wild allegations? I asked you to educate us here on the forum, and you can't do it. Sitting around having a beer with your F/O spouting off this nonsense is one thing. Throwing it out on a public forum like this is just plain dumb.

One more thing Foo. The L-CAL pilots closest to my 1997 date of hire are now over 2,000 numbers senior to me. I accept the process that was followed as it was designed, but I certainly don't feel like I was "given a binke." You on the other hand make these unfounded allegations. It speaks volumes about your true character.

Can you provide evidence of that? The most I saw was 3% relative seniority.

And if the L CAL proposal had gone through I would have lost 100% of mine. You can cry crooked arbitrator all you want but the truth if the matter was simply a totally unworkable fantasy based proposal from the LCAL side.

Compare both 2013 lists. Those were the ones that were merged. The junior LCAL pilot went from 86% to 100%. He had 600 pilots junior to him that ended up senior to him.
