Not a Mil vs Civil debate. Military Pilots get the best training, fly good equipment and enjoy a high standard of living during their military career. A civilian pilot must pay for the training, work for low wages, spend a lot of time flying low and slow, often thru the weather with a minimum equipt, old noisy airplane. Most Civil pilots learn from making bad decisions that ultimately result in building a good judgement database from those bad decisions. I'm ex-military (non-pilot) and believe me when I say, I have the highest respect for the military pilots. I also come from a civilian pilot background and have a pretty good idea of "paying your dues" climbing up the ladder. Both groups pay their dues to get an airline career.

Buddy pass, print out boarding card, walk through security, have your buddy escort you into Ops?

I just called the CPO and they gave TSA a heads up that my buddy was coming through. Not really a big deal.

Has anyone used any of the services to review their AirlineApps account? Seems like it would be worthwhile just check for errors.
And yes..... still waiting

I know they do them at IAH. Saw a dude in there waiting for his meeting just a half hour ago.

You can do them at any base there is a CPO. Apparently its a daily occurrence at IAH. Saw two waiting when I was there last. Good luck to all!

Oh OK. So can a probie sign you up for one?

Anyone know of a case where someone got one at LAX?
