I would not bring it up except that people keep posting on here like you are soo hard on the Scabs. The fact is the life of the CAL scab is the same now as it was before the merger even while flying with LUAL pilots.
As far as your personal attacks they are pretty weak.
Lets see how the first SCAB that goes to the 400 likes his life at work. I doubt that we will ever know.

Wow. That esalated fast. Look, I'm sorry. I was wrong.

You clearly haven't made it even to second grade. That's when they start the reading comprehension/playing well with others stuff.

My mistake. Enjoy your bitterness. Flame away--I won't respond further. I fear I've already used too many big words for you.

So no explanation for why your colleagues have ignored #1 and most importantly #3?

Are you all referring to the scabs from the 1983 Continental Strike? I read about Lorenzo's antics years ago in a history book. This is ancient history. I figured all those guys would be forgotten about, if not already retired and dead. It's a cruddy thing to do but I can't believe everyone still holds a grudge three decades later. Remind me not to get on your bad sides.

Probably not, but the reality is, except for the Eastern scabs CAL hired in '97-'98, all of the scabs are WB captains already and have no reason to leave their base. Ironically, they did pretty well in the SLI and they're not quitting out of fear of getting the cold shoulder post-merger. The "wait 'till your father gets home" talk is all bluster.

What they did should never be forgotten and at some level hurt all of us. Having said that, the amount of bandwidth, hot air, etc. that gets expended on four or five percent of the pilots who are retiring weekly is ridiculous.

Ancient history and that's all? Right... Having actually flown with them far too often, let me be the first to say you don't have a clue what you are talking about. Btw last one doesn't leave till approx 2025 and last I knew was the number one avoid on the NYC 756 fleet. Yep ancient history.

Lorenzo isn't dead. He has a secret office on Wacker Drive where he pulls all of Smallsac's strings. Jeff doesn't do anything aside from what he is told to do by Lorenzo.

And Jay Pierce has his new management job with the company. He took Gary Waggners place as Director of Manpower Planning. Watch what he does with the base realignment.
