Yes. LUAL guppies out of an LUAL base doing LUAL flying, but the CAL MEC refuse to train the LUAL pilots unless they got some of those bid awards. So they wanted all their guppy flying and half of ours.

Thank God SLI is done and we have access to our flying again. This base realignment that will be happening over the next year is going to do a lot to smooth out some of the out of seniority awards that happened post-merger.

Back to the profit sharing scam, I don't remember Jeff or JP claiming "Emotional Stress" on the CAL pilots. Do you even know what excuse they used to give you profit sharing. It really is sad that you've been chosen to be the spokesman for the CAL side.
YES, they both knew that if they did not find a way to get us Profit Sharing and we were the only ones left out that a lot of emotion stress would occur. The 767 grievance was something the company needed. The same way the MEC knew that if the took it from us lots of emotional stress would occur.

No, the CAL MEC had protections in our contract that limited the training of pilots to those on our list. We defended our negotiated rights. Why should we just give that away, heck you get mad when we get a little profit sharing and it COST YOU NOTHING. Yet you expect the company to GIVE you protections that are not in your contract and us to totally ignore ours.

Yes we are. You were not afforded protections to that base opening and were given those protections outside of the contract.

You're right, the UAL pilots will never forget and will always look at the CAL pilots with a cautious eye.
Why did we not deserve the profit sharing? Cause it was not in our contract? The same as protections on opening a base were not in yours? We got it for the same reasons that you received the protections you did. Cause being the only group of employees who did not would have created a huge emotional impact regardless of what reasons JP gave that is why the company wanted to give it to us.

Profit Sharing for CAL was Jeff's idea. He sold it to JP as a way to divide the pilot groups and you guys bought in. Theft was JP's gift to you and you accepted it out of greed. The results are seen in the relationship with the pilots today.

It's good that the MEC stayed of the high-road for the good of all United pilots. Maybe that will relieve your "emotional stress". Obviously, thrift and greed didn't do it.
I don't refuse to accept anything. You refuse to acknowledge the fact that your group also received gains, gains you were not entitled to to appease you. Jeff did the same with us. Had this not happen it would have been chaos on our side. I still do not have a problem with giving you those protections even though you were not entitled to them. You however have a problem with the company including me in a program which every other group was included and IT COST YOU NOTHING. Tell the truth you have always wanted us to give it back.
I will hold a grudge because of this for a long time.

Umm again no... Wrong again. It's not about me. You people were given contractual gains, gains not afforded the LCAL group because of the emotional impact you would have suffered yet the double standard hypocrites that you are cannot see that your gains were the same. Typical to character you now want to try and attack me.
