Default W.O.E. is my training

Just what is the "Hahvahd" fella trying to say when he insinuates that LUAL employees were not trained properly prior to the merger?

He's trying to mobilize the LCAL base by attacking the LUAL side. He's done a very poor job of handling the merger and the money people want to know why. He can't admit he handled it poorly and is trying to place blame like Lorenzo did with EAL employees before their liquidation. The question is will they see through his ploy.

9 straight quarters of profit pre merger and he claims we were not trained properly. He delivered 7 of 9 pre merger quarters with a loss.

Maybe he meant "Trained to lose money". Because we were not trained for that.

How did the guy who claimed they were living "hand to mouth" and going to "cease to exist" get to run the combined company?

Maybe he was referring to the phase training. I certainly wasn't properly trained. How about you guys?

It is remarkable that he chose to use that phrase when the training at the new UAL has taken a huge dump when compared to what the Blue team was used to. Its almost farcical when you think about it. Unfortunately, its our new reality.

I think he was really referring to that dirty "culture" word. The Stepfordization is behind schedule.

Maybe he meant "Trained to do whatever management asked regardless of what those pesky labor contracts had in them."

In that case we have not been trained yet.

Improperly trained to lick managements boots at every opportunity? Must be, that or the whole phase training thing as mentioned above. That wasn't training it was simply box checking, pencil whipping, whatever, ETC ETC...

What a shame. I was so looking forward to game changing courses like; "MELS, it's safe and legal", "FAR fuel is ok, when was the last time you burned into it", "Gate podium oration, bringing back DAL passengers one speech at a time", or "Wear your uniform crisply, or how not to demoralize the military."
