Default Houston Meet and Greet

I'm bringing a guy into the Houston chief pilot's office for the Meet and Greet this week. I'm trying to help him know what to expect for the 30 minutes we are in there besides telling him it's a standard airline interview. Has anyone done this before? Any help would be appreciated.

I met with RM and it was more him telling me how to fine tune my app and resume to get noticed. Very low stress, don't remember him asking me too much.

good luck

No need to bring his logbook, but bring a resume and cover letter. He'll go over the resume and talk to the guy about his flying experience. Low stress, he'll ask how you know each other, explain the interview process a little bit. He will also explain that the m&g is not a golden ticket for an interview. As always I would recommend your friend to wear a suit. Only one chance to make a first impression.
