Those telling you there wouldn't be any bumps were wishful thinkers. It was only natural to see crew bases shrink and others grow. It appears however that most of the shrinking is scheduled to happen this fall so most of the displacements will take place sometime over the next year or so. If this happens, the 787 fence will more than likely still stand during all the displacements. Just an observation.

Snap Shot for 14-10 bid vacancy was out for a few minutes, then pulled. Massively screwed up. Yes, IT is at it again.

One of the main reasons for the bid was SFO 787 vacancies, none awarded, Cap or FO.

Oh and this is the part I like best, DCA 756 Cap awards, 2 awarded, 98 vacancies, yup, 98 unbid Cap positions. If this were the final award, those 767 Cap bids would go to new hires....

Yeah, moving forward plan??

Any chance of you going thru the CCS steps to get this information for those not familiar and unschooled in CCS?

Log on to CCS. Click flying together. Click flight operations, click staffing, click snapshot under the current vacancy.

Thanks for getting the trail out guys. For those new hires not necessarily familiar with the process, there should be a new snap shot out about every 2 days till the vacancy closes.

A few places will change in the final award, but not by much,. Snap shots are usually pretty close to what is actually awarded.

Thanks all for the advice. I feel so mentally challenged using the CCS.

There is no reason to feel this way. This was ground breaking technology in 1991.
