No, not in this case. It would have been a waste of union resources already spread thin.

It never ceases to amaze me how difficult some of you folks make things just for the sake of making things difficult. I have been a union member my entire career, always paid my dues and spent my time volunteering during various rallies back on the CALALPA days. I am not going outside the contract, nor am I undermining the efforts of ALPA. I understand that a good majority of all United pilots don't think the way a few of you do but really, grow up, put on your big boy panties and stop whining. You're a professional, you can wipe your own backside once and awhile.

My only point was that there are good Chief Pilots and not so good ones. Mike is a good one. If you don't like him, great. You are entitled to your opinion. But, you are not entitled to attack my integrity or my status as a union member.
You can't blame the Flight Managers when YOUR EWR CP doesn't trust them enough to delegate and give authority to make decisions. As far as the Flight Manager program being worthless, it has been in place at United for a long time. I'm sure well before when you started flying. It's effective where you find LUAL CP's. I'll forgive your UAL bashing remark.

As far as the childish remarks and personal attack; telling me to put on my big boy pants, stop whining and wiping my own backside must come from your Abbot days. I don't think you'll find m(any) LUAL guys being intimated by those cheap remarks. As far as your "man-crush" on the EWR CP, you may want to keep that to yourself.
I've noticed you like to post management propaganda to inflame the rift between the two pilots groups - a good ALPA guy like yourself shouldn't do that - just as a reference.

Your screen name should be "HopeLess" since it's hope less trying to have a conversation with you. I doubt you will find many that will agree with your accusations that I am spouting management propaganda to incite some form of rift between the two groups. What I have done is post facts backed up by actual data the usually shoots down the silly rumors flying around this place. I call a very large group of L-UAL guys my friends and now all of them my coworkers and do not wish any bad on anyone regardless of their previous airline.

The low pay and lack of commuter benefits may work great for guys living in Denver but now that there are two training centers, it might not be so easy finding folks willing to take a pay cut just to live in Houston, not to mention travel to Miami for those sims.

I think we gave up a lot in the instructor area on the last contract as far as pay and captains slots go. I'm sure it's great living in Denver but given the fact that TK probably won't be there forever and that we have IAH now, a lot was given up that was fought for over many contracts.
I don't need to say anything - the above highlighted section was posted after you made the claim of posting facts and backing in up with data. How far are you willing to stretch the truth to drive little wedges between the groups. It's interesting you name call - ego maybe. "Hopeless" it is - coworker.
