Good question. My guess is that it will just fold into the 76T, since that will continue to shrink while the 757's get parked. My guess is that most of the Captain's will migrate over to the 756, but the FO's seem to be bidding off at a good clip. If I was a betting man, I would think it will end up being fairly junior at the end of the day, and less than a year to hold. TOTAL wag on my part based on how junior the 76T went the last couple bids as the more senior FO's took long awaited Captain's bids. Good luck! Hope you get back to the West Coast soon!

For the new hire, which aircraft would you recommend if based at IAD? Is there any growth for DC flying besides the back-fill of the 756?
I'll be a commuter (looks like IAH is out considering the reduction of 73s).

If you want to get back to IAH, bid the 320

It will be very short lived since a good portion of the 737 guys are being displaced this summer. I would think many of them will bid the Airbus in order to stay in domicile, thus purging a lot of newbies from the base.

Obviously Newark is junior but I'm trying to gauge what IAD will look like for the 737 and 756 guys.

DCA 737 flying is supposed to increase quite a bit.

For EWR 756 and 76T, what is the current estimate on when the fleets will be merged?
